Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions and credits work at Minimiz, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed in advance on a recurring basis for each billing cycle. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel. The Free plan is not billed.
2. Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
- We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle once it has started, except where required by law.
3. Credits & refunds
- Consumed credits are non-refundable. Because each generation or scrape uses compute and third-party AI services at the moment you run it, credits that have already been consumed cannot be refunded.
- Included monthly credits refresh at the start of each cycle and do not carry over. Unused credits are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money except where required by law.
4. When we may issue a refund
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund where:
- You were charged in error or billed more than once for the same cycle;
- A sustained technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of a paid cycle and we could not resolve it;
- A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
Refunds, where approved, are made to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or raise a billing issue, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, including your organisation name and the relevant transaction details. We aim to respond within a reasonable period.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
